There is a slight difference in levels on the scopes, But it is far from ignoring the qualifiers. Here is the 65 point LUT I exported of the same grade. The grade is for illustrative purposes, and does not represent my abilities as a colourist Here is an image with a very basic 3D (skin), HSL (high sat with high lum), and LUM (shadows) qualifiers. And they may not work at all depending on the tools you use to create and finesse the qualifier. They will not be ignored, they may just not work quite as expected. Keep in mind that any nodes that use Qualifiers, Windows, incompatible filtering operations (such as sharpening or blurring), or incompatible ResolveFX or OpenFX will be completely ignored, as will all other correction operations made within these nodes. ![]() It was mentioned that nodes with Qualifiers, as stated in the DaVinci Resolve Reference Manual, will be ignored when exporting a LUT.įrom 7 of the DaVinci Resolve Reference Manual So there was a bit of back and forth in another thread here regarding which Resolve tools you can use to generate a LUT. ![]()
